Gas Bar Supervisor

Prairie Co-operative is hiring a Gas Bar Supervisor on a permanent full-time basis at our Gas Bar in Melville, SK.

What you'll do

Responsible to provide an exceptional level of customer service and maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.

Assist with the mentorship, supervision, and training of new and existing Gas Bar staff, including goal setting, performance management, onboarding, training, and development

Assist in the management of daily operations for gas bar and car wash locations including, fuel pricing, inventory management, and implementing marketing programs

Assist in oversight of the completion and follow through of all safety, environmental, and loss

prevention procedures and ensure standards are achieved.

Responsible for maintaining equipment standards.

Responsible for living the Prairie Co-op brand by striving to achieve our vision and mission.

Performing Clerk and Pump Attendant duties as required.

Other duties as assigned.
