Gas Bar Supervisor

Central Plains Co-op is recruiting for the position of full-time Gas Bar Supervisor for the Gas Bar and C-store location in Rosetown. The successful applicant will be dedicated to outstanding customer service, have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work independently, as well as a member of a highly motivated team.

Responsibilities include

• Demonstrating and displaying role model

characteristics of punctuality, reliability and

dependability.

• Handling cash and accurately complete customer

transactions

• Multi-tasking in a service related environment, take

direction and work with minimum supervision

• Working co-operatively with coworkers and promoting

teamwork

• Demonstrating relevant supervisory, time management,

problem solving and decision-making skills

• Applicants must have a positive attitude with

outstanding interpersonal skills

• Assisting with ordering and merchandising of products
• Previous retail supervisory experience along with a

background in a Gas Bar/C-Store setting, card lock -

operations and/or the petroleum industry would be

considered an asset

The applicant must be willing to work a variety of shifts including day, evening and weekends. Applicants must have a Class 5 or better Drivers License, and will be required to maintain a valid Propane Dispensing Certification.
