Full-Time Front Desk Agent

The Home Inn & Suites by d3h - Lloydminster is looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Agent.

Shifts can vary

7:30am-3:30pm

3:30pm-11:30pm

Responsibilities

Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner

Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints

Handle guest requests for information, such as directions or recommendations for local attractions

Operate the hotel phone system, transferring calls and taking messages accurately

Assist with the night audit process, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly fluency in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests

Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel procedures is preferred

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Please note that this position may require working evening or overnight shifts.
