Fuel & Ground Operations Manager

Kreos Aviation is seeking an experienced Fuel & Ground Operations Manager to lead the people, safety and operational performance of our Fuel & Ground business in Saskatoon.

Reporting to the COO, this role is responsible for the overall management of aircraft fueling, airline and itinerant operations, Kreos aircraft support, ramp operations, loading and unloading, tank farm operations, fleet and equipment, and key partner relationships.

Strong leadership skills are essential for this role.

We are looking for someone with proven experience managing,

coaching and developing teams, creating accountability, optimizing schedules and staffing, and ensuring a safe, efficient

and service-focused operation.

What You Bring

Leadership experience is a must for this position

Minimum 3+ years of demonstrated experience managing, coaching and leading teams.

Proven ability to lead employees, develop people and create accountability.

Strong experience with workforce planning, scheduling optimization, staffing levels and overtime management.

Experience managing employee performance and having difficult conversations when required.

Strong operational, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Experience managing budgets, resources and operational performance.

Strong commitment to safety and working within regulatory and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

Aviation, fueling, ground handling, transportation or other safety-sensitive operational experience is considered

an asset.
