Front Office Manager / Bookkeeper

There is an immediate opening for a friendly,  detail-orientated individual with excellent people skills to be a front-line Office Manager and bookkeeper for our accounting office in Humboldt, SK.

This person must be outgoing and enjoy dealing directly with the public, in person, electronically and on the phone.    They will help with organizing the office schedules, work-flow and directly assist management in various duties.  The position also includes receiving of documents and files from clients and completing data entry for bookkeeping, payroll and personal tax returns.

Accuracy, attention to detail and problem solving skills are essential to the position as well as proven bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks and Sage 50 accounting software.

A desire to advance your knowledge and skills in accounting and income tax is perfect and supported for individuals working towards an accounting designation.
