About this role
- Greet customers, take orders on the POS system, and process payments
- Prepare menu items, operate grills/fryers, and assemble beverages
- Package dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders accurately
- Restock food prep lines, packaging supplies, and condiment stations
- Wipe down, sanitize, and reset dining room tables and customer stations
- Clean and sanitize kitchen prep areas, counters, and equipment
- Wash utensils, trays, and cookware in dishwashers or manual sinks
- Sweep, mop floors, and empty garbage and recycling bins regularly
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
