Farm Worker

Provide cattle care. Establish pasture rotation and maintain fencing. Calving cows, heard health management and treatment. Assist with forage seeding and harvest, assisting the crew as needed. Oversee seeding, planting, cultivating, spraying and harvesting operations. Operate heavy machinery. Other farm duties as required.

Working Hours: 40-55 hours per week, varying schedule and may be required to work evenings, weekends and extended hours.

Wage: $25-30 as per experience.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: physically demanding; attention to detail; combination of sitting, standing, walking; outside work; rural area.

Education Requirement: No Formal Requirement

Experience Requirement: 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Equipment and Machinery Experience: valid drivers licence, ability to operate farm machinery, including heavy equipment, cattle handling skills.
