Facilitator, Skills for Success

Suncrest College welcomes applications for the position of Facilitator, Skills for Success in the Moving Towards Employment program. This is a Part-Time, Term position (total contract: 493 hours) starting as soon as possible until February 26, 2027, in Kamsack, SK.

The Opportunity

Under the supervision of the Senior Coordinator, Community & Employment Programs, this position is primarilyresponsible for developing, coordinating, delivering and facilitating the classroom component of various programs. The program goal is to help build workforce skills withinparticipants.

Requirements

• Two-year post-secondary diploma or equivalent in Human or Social Services or Behavioral Sciences field or a journeyperson trade certificate.
• Two years demonstrated experience providing leaners with the skills required to provide career information, to effectively liaise with employers or funding agencies and to develop needs-based approaches to workshop development and delivery within Essential Skills programming.
• Demonstrated experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Satisfactory Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check required.
• Demonstrated experience working in a cross-cultural environment.
• Valid Saskatchewan Driver's License
