Experienced Framer

Herauf Modular is growing Modular Construction company dedicated to building high-quality homes with a focus on craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork. We are looking for motivated, reliable framers to join our crew.

Position Summary

As a Residential Framer, you will be responsible for constructing wood-frame structures according to plans and building codes. You'll work with an experienced team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.

Responsibilities

• Construct floors, walls, roofs, and other wood-frame structures.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and engineered wood products.
• Install sheathing, trusses, beams, and other structural components.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow all company safety policies and provincial safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, subcontractors, and other crew members.

Qualifications

• Previous framing or carpentry experience preferred (apprentices and experienced framers welcome).
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, working at heights, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Reliable transportation to and from facility.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dependable attendance.
