About this role
Must have valid H2S Alive and First Aid tickets. A valid driver's licence is a requirement for this position. Preference will be given to those holding a Class 1A or heavy-duty training certificate with air endorsement.
We pay above the CAOEC current rates. We supply and clean FR coveralls. We supply hard hats, safety glasses, gloves and after the first 30 days of employment you are eligible for the boot allowance program.
We have a great benefit program, we supply the first 30 days in a hotel for non local hires, there is a by-weekly wage available, we offer an RRSP loyalty bonus as well as a signing bonus.
This position is physically demanding, and involves working in harsh weather conditions for long hours. Responsibilities include general duties on a service rig - handling, sorting and moving pipe, tools and other materials. Manipulating sections of pipe and rods at the rig floor during removal and replacement of pipe and rods. Maintenance of equipment and housekeeping duties on the rig. Assist in setting up, taking down and transporting the rig and service equipment from location to location.
