Executive Assistant

Our non-profit organization has an opening for an Executive Assistant located in Saskatoon. This individual will perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to supporting General Council by coordinating all aspects of meetings including recording of meeting minutes, providing administrative support and responding to front counter and telephone enquiries.  The ideal candidate would have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to communicate well and maintain effective working relationships. This position is ideal for someone who is engaging and energetic, can adapt to an ever changing environment, can work varying hours and thrives in a creative, fast-paced, team orientated work space.  The candidate must also possess the ability to manage confrontational, sensitive, stressful or emotional situations respectfully and confidentially.  In addition to offering a dynamic working environment the Saskatchewan Polytechnic Students' Association also offers an excellent benefit package.
