Exec Director, Technical Operations & Asset Mgmt

Innovation Saskatchewan is seeking an experienced senior leader to provide strategic leadership for technical operations, asset management and infrastructure across its Research and Technology (R+T) Parks in Saskatoon and Regina. Reporting to the Vice President, Research and Technology Park Operations, this role leads multidisciplinary teams responsible for facilities operations, asset stewardship, sustainability, energy management, capital planning and infrastructure renewal.

The ideal candidate brings 10 to 15 years of progressive leadership experience in facilities, technical operations, infrastructure, asset management, property management or a similar complex environment, along with strong strategic, financial, operational and people leadership skills. Post-secondary education in a related discipline is required; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
