Responsibilities

Communicate with clients in a timely, professional manner

Drive sales, manage workflows and data, assist in job scheduling

Install various coatings systems both indoors and outdoors

Operate walk-behind grinder, self-leveling equipment, vacuums, burnisher machine, walk behind scrubber, shot blaster, power tools, hand tools, and other related equipment

Take direction from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks such as sanding, stripping, mixing, taping, nailing, loading and unloading equipment

Lead by example and maintain all OH&S regulations, rules, and policies

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and phasing plans

Handle and transport materials and equipment

Requirements

Valid drivers license, abstract, and criminal record check

Experience in both labour and client-facing roles

Physically able to stand, walk, kneel, lift and carry up to 50lbs, and perform other physical and repetitive tasks for extended periods

Knowledge and experience to install coating systems and operate related tools and equipment.

Strong client-facing and internal communication skills

Ability to follow instruction and work as part of a team, or self-direct and work independently

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet deadlines

Able to work evenings and weekends if required

Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and crouching

Lifting, and carrying loads

Operation of powered equipment

20/20 vision, depth perception, and ability to focus

Starting at $18/hour, negotiable based on experience.
