Manage patient charts, including EMR and demographics validation, updating Saskatchewan health card information.

Coordinate patient appointments for Flying First Nation healthcare providers.

Scan and import patient records, labs, investigations, and maintain accurate documentation.

Handle incoming patient reports, referrals, and communicate effectively with patients and clinic staff.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address EMR-related concerns promptly.

Ensure timely completion of reports and accurate data entry into the EMR system.

Input status numbers and birthdays for medical transportation approval and trip information for private and medical van trips.

Perform basic file management tasks like printing, copying, and organizing medical transportation paperwork.

Maintain computer databases and access information as needed while upholding data privacy policies.

Adhere to health information privacy regulations, follow standard procedures, and complete community-based reporting templates promptly.

High school diploma, GED or equivalent

Familiar with databases (web-based databases would be an asset)

Basic Medical Terminology certificate would be a strong asset (or mut be willing to complete Medical Terminology Course)

Knowledge of Word, Excel, and previous experience with Databases.

Experience related to general administrative duties.
