Job Description and Responsibilities
The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for electrical maintenance related activities for an assigned work area. The role of the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor is to be responsible for the effective management and scheduling of his assigned work group. The Supervisor will be the primary point of contact for Operations on electrical maintenance issues. This position will collaborate with the General Supervisor Maintenance and Operations about planned maintenance activities.

- Excellent knowledge of Maintenance Management Processes, and fluent with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
- Experience and knowledge of the design, selection, application and maintenance of power distribution systems such as high voltage switch gear, substations, transformers and motor control centers
- Good knowledge and experience of working on AC/DC drive system, DCS, PLC and communication networks
- Responsible for controlling attendance and adherence to working hours and approve overtime hours for his assigned work group.
- Responsible for ensuring the quality of the work performed by their assigned work group as well as external contractors.
- Required to create, plan and prioritize Corrective Work Orders.
- Good process control knowledge with experience on design, selection, application and maintenance of instrumentation and process control systems
- Strong management skills including setting goals and priorities, safety awareness, budget control, scheduling and employee development
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in a related field or a Journeymen
