Drivers 3A

Greenland Waste Disposal, the largest waste services company in the Prince Albert and Melfort region, is currently seeking applications for 1A/3A Drivers. This role would be based out of Melfort. Some overtime will be required, including the possibility of some weekends and statutory holidays.

Job duties

• Driving long distances
• Refuel and clean vehicle
• Follow traffic laws
• Inspect trucks and record issues
• Adherence to company safety policies and procedures
• Record and maintain activities log and log hours
• Report mechanical problems to mechanics
• Plan routes using GPS system
• Complete routes in a timely manner
• Maintain a positive attitude with customers and coworkers
• Keep commercial drivers license up to date
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Pre Employment Drug Test
• Minimum 3A license with acceptable drivers abstract required
• Strong knowledge of Melfort and surrounding rural areas an asset
