Budtender

SaskaBuds Cannabis is seeking a 3/4 time team member for our Melfort location.

Require committed and self motivated individuals to offer superior customer service. Budtenders require an honest outgoing personality & ability to learn and apply your cannabis knowledge to help customers make informed decisions. You will display a genuine interest in the cannabis industry & be passionate about delivering great customer experiences and continued learning. You will maintain yourself & the store to the highest of standard & appearance and become an expert on Saskabuds products. Applicants require a clean criminal record. Preference 1-2 yrs experience in retail or customer service or 1 yr cannabis retail sales. Experience operating a POS an asset. Opportunities for advancement available for the most dedicated.

Responsibilities include sales & service excellence while creating a culture of team work. Willingness to assist customers and maintain positive energy to create exceptional customer experiences. Develop positive working and customer relationships. Professionally represent SaskaBuds image at all times and become familiar with Cannabis regulations. Maintain a high standard of appearance of yourself and the store. Assist with positive online and social media promotion of Saskabuds. Complete other tasks as assigned by management. Knowledge of Cannabis strains and products is an asset. Strong work ethic required. Completion of the CannaSell online SLGA training required. Minimum age of 19.
