About this role
Book truck loads with Customers, shipper, receivers and update on system
Dispatch drivers and update customers on truck locations
Enter data accurately into trucking software
Communicate verbally with drivers, customers and office personnel
Must be proficient in email writing and have Excellent Communication skills
Must have knowledge of Transportation Industry (Canada & USA)
Must have experience with online Dispatch Software as well as Excel
Must have excellent computer skills
Licensing and Insurance experience and Asset but not required
