Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area by sweeping, mopping floors, and emptying trash regularly
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned
• Taking out trash at the end of your shift, helping with kitchen closing duties
