Our Direct Support Professionals are compassionate and proactive. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in assisting the individuals we support in reaching their full potential, ensuring their community inclusion and integration.
Requirements
- 0-6 months of experience in a similar role.
- Preference for candidates with a background in Developmental
Services Worker, Child and Youth Worker, or post-secondary
education in a related field.
- Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check.
- Must possess a valid class 5 driver's license and have access
to a reliable transportation.
- Must be available to work various shifts, including days,
evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal skills and fluent English communication
(reading, writing, and speaking) are necessary.
