Grant Hall Hotel is seeking a dependable and energetic Dining Room Associate/Busser to join our Food & Beverage team.
Duties include clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers, maintaining water stations, polishing and organizing glassware and cutlery, completing roll-ups, restocking service areas, maintaining cleanliness of the dining room, vacuuming and completing opening and closing side duties. The successful candidate will also assist with banquet and private function setup and cleanup as required.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment and works well as part of a team. Must be able to stand for extended periods and safely carry dishes and trays.
Evening, weekend and holiday availability is required. Previous restaurant experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
