Deli Clerk (Casual/Student)

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide customer service to the Hassle Free Guarantee standards.
2. Display, package and label all deli products
3. Clean and sanitize deli equipment, display units and prep areas.
4. Operate the deli slicer, scale/printer, chicken BBQ, gas oven
5. Take phone orders and process them accurately and efficiently
6. Assist in daily housekeeping duties
7. Be alert to the unauthorized removal of merchandise and alert the supervisor of any occurrence.
8. Assist with the unloading and receiving of freight as assigned
9. Assist with inventory counts as assigned
10. Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

1. Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, outgoing and energetic

personality.

1. Excellent customer service skills.
2. Able to work a variety of shifts including weekends.
3. Willingness to further knowledge through training.
4. Physically able to do heavy lifting.
5. A desire and ability to work with the public.
6. Position is classified as Safety Sensitive; Therefore, is subject to Pioneer Coops Alcohol and Substance policy as a condition of employment.
