Customer Service Representative/Insurance Broker

We are seeking a CSR/Broker to work primarily out of our Humboldt Office, offering strong support to the entire organization. You are a team-oriented individual, a self-starter, you will recognize client needs and promote and support the product or service required by individual clients on a daily basis. Your focus aligns with ours; to build trusting, long term relationships with our clients and partners.

Education and experience

You are a highly motivated individual committed to lifelong learning, will exercise attention to detail, have strong interpersonal and analytical skills and will be able to provide our clients with excellent service. Other qualifications for the position include:

• Education and/or experience in office administration, including basic Accounting and Clerical support
• Knowledge of related computer systems  Microsoft Office
• Insurance industry experience is preferred
• You must be Bondable
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
