Counter Sales

Sales and Customer Service - Duties Include: Greeting and welcoming walk-in, phone-in, e-mail-in customers Assessing customers needs to recommend appropriate products Estimating pricing for products and services Ordering products and estimating timelines for customers Booking services for customers Entering sales into Costar software Receiving payments Following up with customers who have not yet ordered product or schedule services Maintaining appearance of front counter, showroom and customer washrooms Shuttling customers to and from the store Picking up products from suppliers Maintain and count inventory Combination of sales training and experience Working knowledge of the tire / automotive industry Open friendly disposition with a demonstrated ability to work well and collaborate with others     Excellent in-person and on the phone communication skills Ability to capture and recall details (customer names, tire specifications, part numbers etc.)
