Consulting Administrator

Employment Site: Regina SPRA Office or telework. Telework location must be within Saskatchewan.

SPRA is growing its Consulting Team & is seeking a collaborative & detail-orientated professional to join us as Consulting Administrator for a one-year term. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination, communication, & administration skills who is passionate about supporting impactful work that strengthens parks, recreation, & communities across Saskatchewan.

What You'll Do

• Lead the operational & administration actions of the SPRA Consulting Team. Includes responding to inquires, communication, quality assurance reviews, database & file management, & processing invoices & payments.
• Support partnership development, advocacy efforts, & the coordination, promotion, facilitation & evaluation of Consulting Team led or attended events, meetings & tradeshows.
• Moderate & engage with SPRAs online network of parks & recreation providers.
• Create & share marketing & communications materials that promote Consulting Team services, including success stories, social media content, website updates, & promotional resources.
• Monitor industry research, trends, emerging issues, & best practices related to recreation, parks, & community development, to make informed recommendations for planning  & decision-making.

You'll Thrive If You Bring

• Education or experience in Kinesiology, Health Studies, Recreation Administration, Community Development, or Business Administration.
• Strong program administration, event coordination, & communication skills.
• Confidence using technology & digital tools, including the Microsoft 365 Suite, Eventbrite, & databases.
• An ability to collaborate with peers in a hybrid (virtual) work environment.
• Personal values that align with the role parks & recreation play in supporting healthy, connected communities.
