Casual (as required) Development Assistant

St. Thomas More College (STM), the Catholic liberal arts college federated with the University of Saskatchewan (Usask) seeks a Casual (as required) Development Assistant in the Advancement Department. Reporting to the Director of Advancement at St. Thomas More College, the Casual (as required) Development Assistant will provide administrative support in the areas of data management & reporting, alumni engagement, and fundraising. Applicants should have a Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g., communications, business, nonprofit management) or a combination of education and equivalent experience; 2-3 years experience in database management, data entry, or development support is required; Familiarity with Raisers Edge donor management or related Blackbaud software is preferred; Strong understanding of data privacy and security practices in handling sensitive donor and alumni information is preferred.
