Responsibilities include
- Understanding of safe methods for work procedures, invoicing process, accounts receivable, and sales
- Delivering value to customers
- Proficiency in all tasks expected of a Tire Technician (this includes: installation, balance, rotation and repair of passenger, light truck, commercial, industrial, and ag tire; inspection of tires and wheels for correct inflation, wear patterns, tread depth and damage; work with TPMS; maintenance of service equipment; specialty tire work including: studding of passenger and light truck tires, submitting commercial casings for retread, run flat tires, etc.)
- Successful completion of assigned courses
Qualifications
- Ability to maintain and develop relationships with team members and customers
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Organization, time management, and problem solving skills
- Ability to maintain a valid driver's license
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to consistently lift 25 kilograms
