Bartender

Rayzrs Pub is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, friendly atmosphere for every guest who walks through our doors. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.

Provide top-notch customer serviceengage with guests, take orders, and ensure an enjoyable experience.

Keep the bar clean and organized, including washing glassware and utensils.

Accurately handle cash transactions and follow proper cash handling procedures.

Take food orders and assist with food service when needed.

Work independently and as part of a team during busy periods.

Monitor alcohol consumption and follow responsible service guidelines.

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt and smooth service.

Help manage bar inventory and assist with restocking supplies.

Qualifications & Experience

Previous bartending experience is an asset

Friendly, outgoing attitude with strong hospitality and customer service skills.

Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating tabs.

Experience in food service is an asset.

Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is a plus.

Serve It Right Certification required (or willingness to obtain).

Experience with VLT cash outs is a bonus.
