Banquet Porter - Event Set-Up

What You'll Do

Youll be the behind-the-scenes magic that brings meetings, galas, conferences, and celebrations to life. From setting up banquet rooms and buffets to making sure everything looks polished and welcoming, youll help create exceptional guest experiences every day.

Candidates must be available for various shifts between 6am -11pm weekdays and weekends.

This includes

Setting up rooms according to Banquet Event Orders

Refreshing rooms and keeping supplies stocked

Making sure spaces are clean, organized, and guest-ready

Coordinating with the team by radio/phone

Helping with buffet, bar, and meeting room setups

Keeping our service areas neat and stocked

What We Need From You

Minimum Grade 12 education

Ability to read and write English clearly

Must be 19+

Able to lift up to 40 lbs (tables and chairs)

Comfortable being on your feet for long periods

Reliable, punctual, and committed to a clean, professional appearance

Willing to participate in training and development
