Automotive Service & Repair Consultant

Panda Tire is a family-owned and operated automotive repair shop in the heart of downtown Moose Jaw. We believe that people come first, whether it's our customers or our team. We don't just service vehicles here, we build trust by being transparent and honest with our customers about their vehicles.

We are looking for you, a friendly, well-organized individual, to join our growing team in our journey to success.

Your responsibilities will include

• Greeting customers with a warm smile when they walk through the door
• Listen to customers when they talk to you about their vehicles, writing down the information they are giving you
• Talk with the technicians regarding the best advisements to give the customers regarding their vehicles
• Speak with customers regarding the advised work required and present them with a complete estimate for the repairs
• Schedule customer appointments and help keep the daily calendar organized

What do we need from you?

• A friendly, helpful, and positive attitude
• Strong computer and phone skills
• Basic understanding of the importance of vehicle maintenance and a willingness to learn more
• Having patience when taking care of customers and their concerns
• Experience in customer service
• Experience in the automotive industry is beneficial
