At OK Tire South Albert, were a full-service shop handling tires, maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, alignments, and SGI inspections. Youll work directly with customers and technicians to make sure work is explained clearly, approved properly, and followed through to the finish.
What youll do
Build relationships with customers and help them make confident repair decisions
Book appointments, write repair orders, and prepare accurate estimates
Present recommended work and follow up on declined services
Coordinate with technicians, track job progress, and keep customers updated
Help improve the front counter as you grow into a larger leadership role
Youll do well here if youre organized, comfortable selling, and calm when the day gets hectic. You communicate well, catch details, and take pride in following through. Automotive service experience is valuable, but strong customer service and sales experience also matter.
