Ag Sales & Equipment Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure prompt, efficient and friendly customer service is provided at all times. Maintains high customer service levels to ensure customer satisfaction and identifies areas for

improvement. Handle all customer complaints, adjustments and returns, Warranty issues with customers and claims with

suppliers.

1. Focus on growing sales of ag equipment (bins, augers, livestock equipment, fuel tanks, poly tanks) and achieving agreed upon sales targets, Maintain new & existing customers.
2. Participates in loading & unloading of ag equipment and other products. Assist customers with determining replacement parts when required. Ensure all in-stock ag equipment is ready for sale at all times.
3. Ensures the efficient operation of the department to achieve all financial targets and deliver on budgeted KPIs. Will plan, monitor and manage internal projects from initiation to completion.
4. Assist the General Merchandise Manager in communicating operational requirements,

operational changes and translate the vision into departmental initiatives. Provide recommendations and supports internal pricing, promotion and product policies in response to local market needs and competition. Promotes and ensures adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts and image standards. Ensure all company policies & procedures are communicated and adhered to and

ensures safety & regulatory requirements and procedures are implemented & maintained.

1. Travel is required within sales area.

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 preferred. Must hold valid class 5 licence, clean drivers abstract, able to read a map, follow specific instructions, able to do heavy lifting and be on your feet for extended

periods of time. Position classified as a Safety Sensitive Position, days/evenings/weekends
