Admissions & Registration Officer

Northlands College is seeking an Admissions & Registration Officer. This is a Permanent, full-time, in-scope position reporting to the Registrar or designate. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for supporting admissions, registration, and student records processes for all College programs and services. The Position start date is ASAP.

The Admissions & Registration Officer supports the efficient delivery of admissions, registration, and student record services while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with institutional policies and procedures. The position works closely with students, staff, brokerage institutions, and government stakeholders to provide exceptional service and support throughout the student lifecycle.

Candidates must possess a post-secondary diploma relevant to the position and a minimum of two years of related experience in admissions, registration, or registrar services.
