About this role
Key Responsibilities
Answering and redirects general inquiries in person, telephone or email, taking messages and forwarding messages to the appropriate staff.
Receives and files all documents and records, maintains all files.
Orders office supplies & maintains inventory of supplies from office to furnishing.
Answers questions and performs tasks related to the receipt, review and processing of official documents.
Opens mail & does all mail inquiries such as checking mailbox, prioritizes requests and then files requests with appropriate staff/entities.
Distributes incoming mail & faxes.
Process letters, memorandums, reports, papers, minutes of meetings and workshop material.
Tabulation and maintaining accurate and up to date information using Excel.
Coordinating all aspects program activities and providing support where needed.
Coordinating room schedules for workshops.
Order and replenish supplies, cabin supplies, technical equipment, pamphlets, etc.
Use and understand various computer programs and office equipment
Assist with organization program delivery functions
Orientate staff on equipment & procedures.
Provide accreditation compliance support in all areas of program delivery.
Help with implementation of Payroll timesheets & Other Accounting procedures.
Other duties related to the position.
Employment Requirements
Grade 12 Education & Office Education Course
Satisfactory Criminal Record Check & Vulnerable Sector Check
Valid Saskatchewan Drivers License & access to a vehicle
Must pass & submit a current Drug Test
