Job Description: Supports the Executive Director and assigned Directors by providing administrative support and maintaining effective processes for the Nutrition and Food Services department.

Experience
- 3-5 years of experience working in a senior administrative assistant-type role
- Experience working with collective agreements
Knowledge & Abilities
- Ability to recognize and maintain confidential information
- Demonstrated political sensitivity and discretion
- Ability to demonstrate appropriate level of professional conduct and judgement.
- Advance computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Access).
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to effectively manage a large volume of work
- Team player with ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Knowledge of diverse, culturally safe and representative workforce
