Assist participants with daily living
Plan activities according to participants needs
Coordinate recreational activities with the group home operators
Implement recreational programs that enhance the participants quality of life.
Encourage independence and decision making of each participant

Must have good communication skills
Must work well alone or as part of a team
Must have good interpersonal skills
Able to pass a Criminal Record/Vulnerable Sector Check
Must provide a drivers' abstract
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
