5th Class Power Engineer

•     5th Class power engineer is required
•     Follow Saskatchewan Mining and Minerals maintenance system
•        Be proficient in working with low pressure boilers
•        Be comfortable working with automated controls
•        comfortable doing regular testing of boiler chemicals and water quality
•     Keep replacement parts repaired and ready for

replacement as required

•        Be willing to work on other factory items including pumps and various equipment
•        hold title of Steam Chief for TSASK purposes in operation of low pressure boilers
•     Assure all work is performed safely
•     Perform all other tasks as directed by the Plant Manager or Assistant Plant Manager.
•     Be familiar with and follow all applicable sections of the ISO manual.
•     Ensure that good housekeeping standards are followed.
•     Fill out Inspection log books before operating equipment
•        Job is a union position with hours of 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
•        Possibility of some overtime or call backs.
