The successful candidate will have strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and critical thinking skills. They must be able to respond to inquiries clearly and courteously, manage sensitive information, maintain accurate records, use common office software, and prioritize competing demands while ensuring accuracy. Strong digital skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals who may be stressed or upset are essential.
Responsibilities include maintaining prosecution files, preparing legal documents and correspondence, providing administrative support and public assistance, updating and archiving records, entering and retrieving data, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
