Skills in digital literacy, self-management, organizational awareness, influence, and resource management are also important.
Responsibilities include managing the Executive Directors calendar and email, preparing briefing materials, coordinating travel and meetings, drafting and editing correspondence, maintaining filing and records systems, processing invoices and expenses, preparing budget information, tracking action items, coordinating administrative activities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the branch.
