We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our Information & Communication Technology team. This position provides subject matter expertise to the Government of Yukon on access to information and privacy protection under the ATIPP Act. The position manages information requests for Highways and Public Works and shared services client departments; supports the development of guidance materials and training to promote consistent interpretation of the ATIPP Act; advises program areas on the application of relevant access to information provisions and legislation; and supports privacy breach investigations, including recommendations for breach management.

Essential Qualifications
Please submit your resume clearly demonstrating how you meet each of the following qualifications. Please note, selection for further consideration will be based solely on the information you provide in your resume.
- Completion of post-secondary education, ideally in public administration, records/information management, legal or paralegal studies, information privacy or any other related field of study.
- Experience with analyzing and interpreting Canadian access and privacy legislations.
- Experience working with and implementing guidelines, policies or procedures.
- Experience responding to access to information request or privacy complaints with diverse stakeholders.
Candidates who have a combination of education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.

Compensation Details
$81,258.00 - $94,165.00
