What you will be doing
The Justice Pathways Youth Case Worker provides intensive case management and rehabilitation services to youth aged 12-17 who have been referred through Youth Court or Probation Services. The Case Manager works collaboratively with justice partners, families, schools, and community agencies to develop individualized intervention plans that promote accountability, rehabilitation, and long-term success.
What you will need
A Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Justice, Sociology, Indigenous Studies, or a related field. Three years of experience working with justice-involved or high-risk youth. Strong understanding of the Youth Criminal Justice Act. Experience in intensive care management. Knowledge of trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and restorative practices. Valid Saskatchewan drivers license and reliable vehicle. Satisfactory Criminal Record Check, Vulnerable Sector Check, and Child Abuse Registry Check.
Who you are
The Justice Pathways Youth Support Worker provides direct outreach, mentoring, advocacy, and practical support to youth participating in the Justice Pathways and Youth Development Initiative. Working alongside the Youth Case Manager, the Support Worker helps youth overcome barriers to participation while promoting positive relationships, community engagement, and successful completion of individualized goals.

Compensation Details
$25.89 per hour to start plus a comprehensive benefits package.
