Chief Moosomin First Nation School is Pre K to Grade 12 and is located 30 kilometers north of North Battleford Saskatchewan. Moosomin First Nation Education Council (MFNEC) is dedicated and culturally rooted to furthering academic, cultural and language pride of all students. MFNEC is accepting applications for the Vice Principal position for the 2026 2027 school year.
MFNEC follows the STF salary grid as a guideline and offers Pension & Benefits to all full-time staff.
Description
Candidates will be responsible for assisting with administrative duties including Student management, staff supervision, instructional leadership, behavioral modification, and other assigned duties.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required and a background in First Nations Education will be considered an asset. As a leader of a First Nations school, the Vice-Principal will be
expected to encourage and ensure that the local cultural traditions, teachings and practices are a part of the education program.
The Vice-Principal will be a leader of behavioral modification for the school and will be expected to lead, foster, encourage, and support improvement of the education program on Moosomin First
Nation.
