Veterinary Client Services & Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to join our veterinary hospital as a Veterinary Client Services & Operations Supervisor. This is a blended role that combines client service excellence, floor supervision, team leadership, and administrative support to the General Manager.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supervising or managing employees, coordinating daily operations, and fostering a positive, accountable workplace culture while delivering exceptional service to clients and patients.

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hospital. You will lead front-end client service functions, support daily workflow throughout the hospital, assist with employee supervision, and provide administrative support to the General Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Services Leadership

• Lead and support the reception team in delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Manage appointment flow and client communications.
• Address and resolve client concerns professionally and effectively.
• Ensure scheduling, billing, and record management processes are accurate and efficient.

Team Supervision & Floor Operations

• Supervise daily hospital workflow and coordinate activities between departments.
• Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
• Assist with employee onboarding, training, and performance development.
• Monitor staffing needs and assist with schedule coordination.
• Support accountability and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
• Identify workflow challenges and implement practical solutions.

Administrative Support to the General Manager

• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and administrative documentation.
• Support inventory management and purchasing processes.
• Assist with team communications, meetings, and training initiatives.
• Assist with policy implementation and quality improvement projects.
