Turf & Bobcat Service Technician

As an experienced tech you can build a rewarding career working with industry-leading equipment. You will diagnose, repair, maintain, & support equipment for multiple product lines, including John Deere Turf & Bobcat, & develop specialized skills to support a long-term career.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair & maintain equipment; deliver quality customer support
• Perform preventative maintenance & service
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical & hydraulic systems
• Document repairs accurately & efficiently
• Maintain knowledge (John Deere, Bobcat & others)
• Participate in technical training
• Work with all staff to support customers
• Develop technical skills

Requirements

• Experience repairing ag, automotive, heavy-duty or related equipment
• Mechanical aptitude; engines, electrical, hydraulic & powertrains
• Use diagnostic software, electronic service tools & computers
• Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
• Independent worker & team player
• Commitment to ongoing learning
• John Deere, Bobcat or turf experience preferred
• Journeyperson certificate an asset
