Trucking Dept Regional Logistics Manager

At Pattison Ag we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT & EVOLVE with us! We are looking for a Trucking Dept Regional Logistics Manager to join our company in Swift Current. Youll play a key role in directing fleet operations, managing trucking ops/logistics, driving growth, maximizing efficiencies & support customer satisfaction in that region.

YOU WILL

• Lead daily trucking & fleet operations
• Hire & lead employees reporting to this position
• Coordinate hauling across locations
• Support fleet maintenance & vehicle safety
• Review & validate daily driver and vehicle data
• Ensure compliance w/licensing regulations
• Resolve hauling & operational challenges
• Provide quotes for internal/external customers
• Analyze metrics & growth opportunities

YOU HAVE

• 5+ years in Trucking/Transport industry leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of ag & transport industry, fleet mgmt software
• Experience leading, developing, motivating others
• Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong computer & analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced env
• Flexibility to work varied hours & travel as needed
• Valid drivers license required
