Trade Show Technician

An amazing opportunity to work behind the scenes at some of Reginas biggest events!

Showtime Event & Display is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our tradeshow setup team.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced position where youll learn how events come together from the ground up.

What Youll Do

• Set up and dismantle tradeshow booths and displays
• Install pipe and drape, signage, carpet and booth components
• Deliver and set up tables, chairs, AV equipment and event items
• Load and unload trucks and equipment
• Follow floor plans and onsite instructions
• Prepare and organize equipment in the warehouse
• Work as part of a crew to complete events safely and on schedule

We plan, plan some more  then things change, and we adapt.

We get the job done with good old-fashioned work ethic, teamwork and a can-do attitude.

What Were Looking For

• Dependable, punctual and hardworking
• Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with physical work and long periods on your feet
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
• **Valid drivers license required**
• Willing to work overtime when required
• Willing and able to travel in Canada and occasionally to the United States
• Legally entitled to work in Canada

Previous tradeshow, event, warehouse, construction or general labour experience is an asset, but were willing to train the right person.
