About this role
- Perform customer vehicle basic maintenance and repairs, as requested (lube, oil and filter changes / remove, install, rotate and balance tires / basic repairs, maintenance and inspections, etc).
- Communicate with Service Manager/Service Advisors/Licensed Automobile Technicians and Back Parts Window Associate.
- Provide accurate estimates and written vehicle reports to the Service Advisor.
- Ensure that an unsafe vehicle is reported to management and vehicle owner.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
