Tenant Services Level 3

The La Ronge Regional Housing Authority has an opportunity for a full-time Tenant Services, Level 3 to join their team!  If you have excellent problem solving and organizational skills, can multitask, thrive in a team environment, and have a desire to provide exceptional service to tenants in the community, this position will be of interest to you!

The Position

• Process housing applications, conduct income reviews, calculate rental fees, and collect rent
• Prepare and explain leasing agreements and expectations of tenancy
• Coordinate move-in and move-out process
• Manage tenant and public inquiries, problems, complaints, and concerns
• Prepare and monitor banking statements, review financial reports and investigate discrepancies

• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Exceptional client relations skills and the ability to deal tactfully and courteously with the public

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent, familiarity with Microsoft Office, some experience in a property management environment OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
• A valid driver's license, reliable, roadworthy vehicle, and an approved Enhanced (Vulnerable Sector) criminal record check are conditions of employment
