Tenant Community Relations (TCR) Lead

Camponi Housing Corporation is seeking a Tenant Community Relations (TCR) Lead to support positive tenant relationships while ensuring compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act, tenancy agreements, and organizational policies. This position provides day-to-day leadership and guidance to the TCR team while supporting safe, stable, and successful tenancies.

Duties

• � Respond to tenant inquiries and provide information on housing, programs, and community resources.  Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including orientations, lease documentation, inspections, and key distribution.  Investigate tenancy concerns, lease violations, complaints, and neighbourhood disputes.  Prepare notices, applications, evidence packages, and supporting documentation for hearings.  Attend and represent Camponi Housing at ORT proceedings as required.  Administer lease renewals, rent calculations, arrears management, and tenancy documentation.  Provide guidance, support, and file oversight to TCR staff to ensure consistent service delivery and compliance.  Assist with workflow coordination, problem-solving, and implementation of departmental procedures.  Promote tenant retention through education, referrals, and access to supports.  Maintain accurate files, records, reports, and case notes.  Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• � Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act is required.  Experience in housing, property management, human services, or a related field. Leadership experience providing guidance, mentoring, or coordination of staff. Strong communication, conflict resolution, organizational, and documentation skills.

Ability to exercise sound judgment and manage competing priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.

Valid Saskatchewan driver's licence.
