Temporary Pharmacist - Food Store (152360

Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Temporary Full-Time Pharmacist from August 10, 2026, to September 24, 2027, at our Marketplace Pharmacy location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

What You Will Do

• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer-focused approach.
• Provide legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels.
• Partner with our committed team to provide a full range of pharmacy services.
• Ensure patient safety through accurate prescription verification, appropriate medication use, and effective patient counseling.
• Perform prescription processing, dispensing, verification, and required record keeping.
• Compound in accordance with NAPRA guidelines.
• Embrace opportunities to utilize advanced scope of practice.
• Provide education to clients and other healthcare professionals.
• Exercise professional judgement and practice within federal, and provincial, legal and regulatory requirements, Pharmacist Code of Conduct, NAPRA standards of practice, and Lake Country Co-op policies.

Who You Are

• You have an accredited Pharmacy Degree with successful completion of Saskatchewan licensing requirements and are in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals.
• You have previous Saskatchewan pharmacist experience; Co-operative Retailing System experience is deemed an asset.
• You have Saskatchewans Advanced Method Certification (AMC) and are eager to embrace advanced score of practice.
• You are fluent with Kroll Pharmacy Software and thrive on innovation and technology.
